2 PURPOSE OF AGREEMENT

This agreement establishes the partnership between Reliable Divers LLC ("Service Provider") and the Management Company ("Client") for the purpose of providing ongoing underwater maintenance and diving services for multiple vessels under Client's management.

Reliable Divers becomes the Client's dedicated underwater maintenance team, providing routine services, emergency response, inspections, and performance care for the entire fleet.

  • Pre-trip and post-trip inspection reports
  • Vibration diagnosis and performance evaluation

Priority Services for Fleet Clients

  • Faster response times
  • Preferred scheduling for maintenance
  • Priority for emergency calls

Partnership With Florida Propeller Repair

Client receives:

  • Direct access to professional reconditioning
  • Dynamic balancing (Hale MRI)
  • Welding, pitch correction, refinishing
  • Preferred pricing for fleet repairs
  • Priority turnaround for fleet vessels

7 CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client agrees to:

  • Provide slip access and clearance for divers
  • Notify Reliable Divers of vessel movements
  • Provide accurate fleet lists and updates
  • Communicate mechanical issues promptly
  • Maintain safe marina environments for diving operations

8 SERVICE PROVIDER RESPONSIBILITIES

Reliable Divers agrees to:

  • Assign certified, insured commercial divers
  • Maintain consistent quality across the entire fleet
  • Deliver photo/video documentation for all inspections
  • Provide detailed reports when damage or issues are found
  • Communicate upcoming service dates and updates
  • Respond quickly to emergencies
  • Treat all vessels and clients with professionalism

9 EMERGENCY SERVICES

Fleet clients receive priority emergency support, including:

  • Fouled propellers
  • Grounding / impact inspections
  • Sudden vibration or performance loss
  • Leaks or underwater damage
  • Lost item recovery
  • Disabled vessel inspection

Emergency services are billed separately unless included in a premium fleet plan.

10 LIABILITY & INSURANCE

Reliable Divers maintains full commercial dive insurance.

Service Provider is responsible for:

  • Damages directly caused by diver operations

Client is responsible for:

  • Pre-existing conditions
  • Structural issues
  • Environmental hazards

11 TERM & TERMINATION
